Awareness

Raising the profile of Ewing’s Sarcoma

Ewing’s Sarcoma is a little known form of cancer. Chances are, unless someone you know has had Ewing’s, you wouldn’t have heard about it before you visited our site today! We want to make more people in high risk groups aware of Ewing’s Sarcoma.

To find out more about how Ewing’s Sarcoma is diagnosed, visit out Ewing’s Information section. We aim to increase knowledge of this condition because we know increased awareness and earlier diagnosis does save lives.

We are attempting to reach out to the teenage and young adult population so they are aware of the condition and its symptoms. We want to be sure that people don’t just dismiss ongoing symptoms that could be the sign of something more worrying. If in doubt, ALWAYS get it checked out.

We plan to spread the word through schools and universities across the country, to raise awareness of the condition and arm our high risk population with the information to increase early diagnosis and improve survival rates. This is something we couldn’t do without the fantastic efforts and personal contributions from our amazing group of volunteers!
